I ordered a makeup bag from Elizabeth Scarlett and the whole thing was straightforward. The website was easy enough to browse, checkout was smooth, and I got the updates I needed after placing the order. The bag itself is really good quality and practical too, not just nice to look at. Delivery arrived on time, so overall I’m really happy and would definitely order again.

I had a small issue with my order and emailed them, not expecting much to come of it. To my surprise, they replied quickly and got everything sorted without making it a whole thing. I’m still a little surprised it was that easy, but I definitely appreciated it and would probably order from them again

I bought a pouch from Elizabeth Scarlett as a birthday gift for my sister, and overall I’m really happy with it. The design was lovely and felt special without being over the top. Delivery was smooth, and the pouch looked just like it did in the photos, which always gives me confidence when ordering gifts online. The only small thing is that I thought the gift packaging could have felt a bit more premium for the price, but that might just be me expecting a little extra. My sister really liked it and has already started using it, so I’d definitely consider buying from them again for gifts. Next time I’ll probably just add my own wrapping to make it feel more personal.

I bought this pouch last year, i wasn’t totally sure how it would hold up being tossed in my bag almost every day. But so far, it still looks good, no loose stitching or weird fading that I can see. I’m actually happy with it.

I’ve been using this a lot lately, and the zipper is one of my favorite parts. It runs really smooth and doesn’t snag or catch, which is such a small thing but makes a difference. The hardware feels solid too, not cheap or flimsy at all. I keep expecting it to start showing wear because I’ve been grabbing it so often, but it still looks really good. Funny how you notice stuff like that after a while

I got my order and the material feels really soft, better than I was expecting. It’s comfortable to use and doesn’t have that cheap feel at all. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Based on this one, I’d say their stuff is probably decent overall, and I’d likely buy again

It came so nicely wrapped, really really neat and looked like someone actually took care with it. I was happy when I opened it

The embroidery does look really cute, and to be fair, I liked it a lot when it first arrived. But after about a week, I noticed some of the threads starting to come loose, which was disappointing. It’s still nice, but I expected it to hold up a bit better

It looks just like it was described, for the most part! I was low-key holding my breath when I opened it, but thankfully there were no major surprises. Maybe not 100% perfect, but close enough that I’m happy with it.
